Description of products and services
Kromann Reumert has vast experience in advising all types and stages of start-ups and venture companies in all legal matters and deals, including both domestic and international venture capital investments and most major deals within the tech industry in Denmark in recent years. To name a few, we have assisted in investments in Planday and Peakon, in Flexera Software’s acquisition of Secunia; in Under Armour’s acquisition of Endomondo; in the sale of Sitecore; and in segregating MobilePay from Danske Bank.
We tailor our advice to the circumstances and use our in-depth understanding of the special dynamics of start-ups and venture companies to provide high quality legal assistance, while keeping costs down. We are flexible in terms of price arrangements, and often agree on fixed prices for our services so as to allow our clients to budget in advance and maintain full transparency in their cost-structure.
The technology team is headed by partner Torben Waage, who has many years of experience in the field. We are highly specialised in tech deals. This means that we can contribute in a constructive and efficient way with specialist experience and commercial insight.
Experience with assisting foreign establishments in Denmark
Kromann Reumert has assisted in numerous establishments of businesses in Denmark for foreign clients of all sizes from all over the world, and we create value by drawing on our experience. As an international law firm, we are able to translate the Danish corporate requirements into something more meaningful for a foreign company. We also assist with bringing foreign labour to Denmark, ensuring that e.g. residence and work permits are handled in the best and most efficient way possible.
