We are partnering with Thinelephants who are leading experts with Mergers & Acquisitions. In this partnership we handle all HR related tasks within the full M&A process. Additional we link business owners with Private Equity and Capital Fund investors.

We have done several business establishment in Denmark but not for Foreign companies.

Have an extensive experience from operating Danish companies for a foreign owner.

HUCAPA has an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA (close to Chicago) and we have just joined a partnership which gives us a representation in San Francisco area which includes Palo Alto.
